Like other reviewers have mentioned about their own cases, it takes a lot for me to write bad reviews but Golden Nugget has got it all wrong. So my $40 turned into $100 in their system. IDIOTS!! Please people do not download this app.

After 3 hours of the run around neither customer service nor the processing department could help me and told me to call my bank. VIP couldn't help me and told me that I need to talk to Golden Nugget. I called customer service they couldn't help me and told me to call VIP which she game me their phone number. I checked my account and got an overdraft fee and I still don't have my money. This was all done on a Monday, it's now Friday. I went back to the app and did a withdrawal. I checked my account and the money was debited from my account immediately.

I also, downloaded the new iOS version to see if it made a difference and it still didn't work. I downloaded this app, deposited $40 and couldn't play anything on it, so I contacted customer service, he had me change some settings on my phone and uninstall then install the app again. Well I was telling them according to your own rules that bonus can’t be played on any other game and when I was in another game all I had was my deposit, but what do I know didn’t wanna listen to me and they just kept telling me it was converted cash.
